2c Von Steuben (689). Bottom left corner plate no. 20284 block of 25 with incredible freak perforations, it appears that the sheet was creased and torn before the horizontal perfs were punched creating some bizarre shaped imperf between "stamps", additionally there is a strip of brown Kraft paper stuck to the back of the third and fourth columns to repair the tear, this was subsequently perforated, eye-catching conversation piece, it seems strange that the Bureau employee didn't just pull this sheet and put it with other printer's waste rather than have it go out into circulation

Top three stamps with partial red "LOVE" printing, others missing the inscription (except pos. 20 with tiny specks of red, but not in the area where the inscription would normally be), the listing for No. 3030d requires se-tenant pairs with and without inscription, and since the traces on top three stamps are not complete impressions we chose to identify this as 3030c, in either case a very scarce booklet pane error, Very Fine
