Dealer Stock/Accumulation, 1851-88. Incredible accumulation in a single stockbook, Classic issues from 1851 thru the Bank Notes with a high degree of duplication — dozens of examples of many stamps and catalogue values up to $1,000, the majority used but a fair number unused as well, loads of better Scott numbers in volume including 1c 1851, 15c, 24c, 30c and 90c 1861's, huge number of 1869 Pictorial Nos. 113, 117 and 119, plus No. 118 and four No. 120, mixed condition with centering issues or small faults but many are undoubtedly sound, a valuable hoard, we stopped our informal estimate of Scott value at the Bank Notes and already it exceeded $100,000, viewing on our website PDF recommended
Valuable Holding. Much of the value is on auction lot cards, but also sales sheets, a couple albums, and loose, a large portion is in unused Washington-Franklins, including coils and plate blocks, also value in early issues and Back-of-Book, plus a nice group of Possessions (particularly Canal Zone), many items cataloguing in the $50-$500 range, some higher, somewhat mixed quality, much is Fine-Very Fine, a particularly saleable group

Modern Accumulation. Mostly postage from the last 30 years, in sheets, panes, plate blocks and strips, many dollar and up values, some premium items, should add up to high face value
Modern Mint Accumulation. 1940s-1980s, collections of singles and plate blocks, also some sheets and loose, we note face value to $5.00 (two Moore plate blocks), the collections are a mix of hinged and never hinged, Fine-Very Fine
Modern Mint Accumulation. Mostly 1940s-1980s, but some earlier and later, mainly plate blocks and strips, with some duplication, higher value and premium items noticed, most (if not all) Mint N.H., Fine-Very Fine
Modern Accumulation. First day covers (some in presentation folders), United Nations stamps and first day covers, postal stationery, loose stamps, some worldwide, etc., Fine-Very Fine
Balance, 19th Century. Stock pages and few stock cards of unused and used stamps, including unused Nos. 56, 87, 93 (pair, no gum), 292 (no gum), E5, RO182a (2), some Sanitary Fair such as WV6, WV14, outstanding range of used stamps such as No. 13 (2), 14 (two singles and pair), 15, 17, 36 pair on piece, 37 (3), 62B, few No. 67, 29 of the 24c 1861-67 Issue in a range of shades, 95, 97, 157a double paper pair, Bank Notes with an excellent range of grilled and ungrilled issues, several other better, mixed condition but some Fine-Very Fine, an outstanding old-time holding, our rough catalogue value is around $37,000
Balance of Consignment. Six albums or stockbooks, album pages, and loose, diverse range of unused and used stamps, some Back-of-Book including an Air Post collection of singles and plate blocks, and First Issue Revenue multiples, mixed condition, should have good profit potential for someone who can deal with the mixed nature of this lot
Classic Balance, 1847-94. Album pages of used and unused stamps, highlights include No. 1 used, unused Nos. 112-114 (two of latter, one split grill), 123, 133, range of Bank Notes to 90c with about 25 unused, No. 222a pair, also a few used Confederates including Nos. 1 and 2 (two), condition is good especially on the unused stamps, Very Fine, several certificates accompany
Balance. Three small index card-size boxes with unused and used stamps, including No. 454 pair with PFC, No. 456 single with PFC, few other better, one box is Back-of-Book with few Offices in China, Special Delivery, nice group of Postage Due, Parcel Post, an F1, third box is all booklets with some varieties, some faults for earlier issues, Fine-Very Fine group
Collection, 1847-1938. Scott album pages of unused and used stamps, including used Nos. 1, 12, 13, 17, 27, 29, 31, 62B, 67, 75, nice range of Grilled issue such as 95 and 98-101, 113-122, nice range of Bank Notes, unused Nos. 124, 1894-98 Bureaus to $2.00, 288-293, 300-313, 323-330, 331-342, 369, 404, 414-423, 459, 476-477, 630, 658-679, nice range of coils but no certificates so some may be reference copies, few faults but overall a Fine-Very Fine and worthwhile collection
Collection, 1845-1940. In two Scott albums, early issues mostly used, including three No. 1, plus a fourth with unused appearance (though likely has a cleaned cancel), several high-cataloguing stamps, with some early unused that are regummed and may have faults, from 1892 it is mainly unused, with nearly all the Commemoratives, excellent Washington-Franklins, including coils (both government issued and private vending), and a solid run of later issues, useful Back-of-Book, throughout are varieties, cancels, and a few multiples, mixed condition on the early issues, much of the 20th century is Fine-Very Fine, overall a valuable collection worth review
Collection, 1851-20th Century. Three albums of unused and used stamps, two are part of the bespoke albums created by Siegel, includes unused Nos. 212-218, 229, 241, 243-245, 276, 276A, 277, 285-293, 315 pair, nice range of 20th Century, two sets of C13-C15, used includes No. 12, mixed condition, some Fine-Very Fine
U.S. Used Collection, 1851-1926. Extensive old-time used collection on album pages, begins with 1851 issue including Nos. 12 and 16, a few nice 3c 1851's, 1857 issue with Nos. 21, 23, 27 (two), 29, 30A (two), 31-34, 37-38, 1861 issue including Nos. 64b, 68-78, 1867-68 Grilled issue with Nos. 83, 84, 86-91, 92-98, 100, 1869 Pictorial issue complete, 1869 Re-Issue with used Nos. 123 and 128, extensive Bank Notes including some grills, cancellation studies, Columbians to 50c, 1894-98 Bureau issues apparently complete, Trans-Mississippi to the 50c, 1902 issue to $2.00, extensive Washington-Franklins to dollar values and coils, two White Plains sheets unused, Back-of-Book including Postage Dues and Officials, somewhat mixed condition with faults or centering issues to be expected, overall a worthwhile used collection offered by a collector who is one of the most advanced in the world in a different area, this was one of his early collections compiled in the 1960s and 70s and retained all these years, worth careful review
U.S. Collection, 1845-1973. Strong collection of used and unused stamps in a single Scott National album, all Classic issues represented with depth including Nos. 9X1 and 9X1e, 10X1, 1-2, 1851-57 complete less the rarities, including unused No. 39, 1861-67 includes many grills with some better such as Nos. 79 and 83, 1869 Pictorials complete, extensive Bank Notes, Columbians complete with unused to 50c, Trans-Mississippi complete unused, 20th Century with only modest representation of Washington-Franklins, some Back-of-Book including Air Post (no Graf Zeppelins), mixed condition with centering issues or small faults on many of the Classics, overall Fine and extensive collection

Unused Collection, 1857-1948. In a Scott album, scattered early issues, complete set of the Columbian series, turn of the century high values, various Washington-Franklins, and a useful array of Back-of-Book, condition is mixed, though there are plenty of Fine-Very Fine stamps in the later issues, the total catalogue value should be quite high
Collection Balance, 1893-1901. Homemade Scott album pages of unused stamps, including Nos. 230-241, 246-250, 252, 253-260, 264-276, 279-284, 285-291 and 294-299, few higher denominations with gum issues, few Mint N.H. such as 252 and 271, overall fresh and Fine-Very Fine, Scott value approximately $8,000
Mounted Collection of Various Areas. Homemade album pages containing a wide and unusual array of issues, including No. 163 with silk fibers (regummed), few better Vending and Affixing Machine perforations such as USAVM Ty. I 315 pair and Ty. II 315 pair, also some USAVM pockets (Type 3 and 4), Farwell 482 4A4 on cover, 630 on First Day cover, Packmore engravings of National Parks issue, nice study of Dag Hammarskjold issue, few other interesting, overall Fine-Very Fine, a diverse group
Mostly Used Collection. 1847 to about 1930 (some Hunting Permit stamps go later) on Scott pages, includes No. 1, duplicated 3c 1861 and Bank Note issues, with better cancels (colored, fancy, etc.), some value in Commemoratives, 20th century regular issues, and Back-of-Book, including cut squares (mostly unused) and revenues, condition better than usually found, many Fine-Very Fine
Cover Accumulation. Wide variety, from stampless to mid-20th century, better stamps usages, Civil War patriotics, 20th century commercial mail, flight cover, possessions, and more, mixed condition
Plate Block Collection. On album pages and stockpages, includes full plate blocks, plate strips and pairs, positional blocks, and some plain blocks, earliest is No. 24 plate block of four, some Bank Note issues, early Commemoratives include 15c Columbian plate block of six, and two 5c Jamestown blocks of six, Regular Issues go through the Liberty series, Commemoratives go into the 1930s, plus useful Back-of-Book, with three sets of the Graf Zeppelin issue all in plate number singles, early issues in mixed quality, many of the later issues are Fine-Very Fine

Plate Block Collection, 1894-1968. Extensive collection mounted on album pages in a box, earliest is No. 246 and continues thru 1960's and much Back-of-Book, the collector tried by buy Mint N.H. but in some cases for earlier issues received hinged (many of the pages with better plate blocks are annotated by us with gum condition), still a great many are Mint N.H. even in the first half of the collection, lots of Scott numbers with catalog values in the hundreds of dollars and we note one up to $1,100, some small faults to be found but condition is overall quite fresh, we recommend review of our website PDF, Very Fine collection
