$5.00 Probate of Will, Imperforate (R92a). Used with $20.00 Conveyance (R98a), both with Aug. 21 1865 ms. cancels, affixed to Commonwealth of Massachusetts Probate Court appointment, $5.00 with tiny corner bend from being affixed at edge of document, hint of oxidation, otherwise Very Fine, also incl. R32a pair used on mortgage deed, slightly cut in at bottom, Fine, Scott Retail for all three Scott Nos. with no premium for the documents
10c Blue & Black, Inverted Center (R109a). Cut cancels, bright colors, horizontal crease at center, thin spots, Fine appearance
50c Blue & Black, Inverted Center (R115b). Wide beautifully balanced margins, used with $1.00 (R118) on mortgage document, "AEP Dec. 1, 1871" ms. cancel split between the two stamps with the invert receiving the "AE" and "Dec.", invert was overlapping the $1.00 stamp and has been moved slightly to the left, Extremely Fine stamp and a nice document use
$1.00 Blue & Black, Inverted Center (R118a). Cut cancel which has been repaired, rich colors, manuscript cancel, horizontal crease at top, Fine appearance, Scott Retail as with cut cancel
30c Orange & Black, Third Issue, Inverted Center (R140a). Radiant color nicely complemented by blue handstamp cancel, small tear at left, tiny pinhole, Very Fine appearance
2c Orange & Black on Green Paper, Inverted Center (R151a). Bright colors, neat manuscript cancel, fresh and Fine

2c Green & Black on Green Paper, Proprietary, Inverted Center (RB2bc). Unused (no gum), rich colorsFINE. THIS IS THE ONLY SOUND EXAMPLE OF THE RARE 2-CENT PROPRIETARY INVERT ON GREEN PAPER. ONLY THIRTEEN EXAMPLES OF THIS INVERT ARE RECORDED -- THIS IS A NEWLY-RECORDED COPY.
In his privately published census, Larry Lyons records twelve copies of the 2c Proprietary invert on green paper. Of these, five appear to be used, and twelve have at least one fault. The example offered here was recently unearthed in an old-time holding, and becomes the thirteenth copy known and the only example in sound condition.
V. R. Powell, 1c Black on Buff, Cut to Shape (RO150a). Intense shade, margins to slightly in, usual small faults associated with this fragile paper, Fine appearance, only 21 are recorded in Aldrich census, fifteen of which are faulty to some degree

Mint N.H., RW1 with plate no. at top, wide margins, natural gum skips, otherwise Extremely Fine, RW5 with bottom selvage, natural gum wrinkles, otherwise Extremely Fine, with 2000 P.F. certificate for pair, both stamps with 2012 P.S.E. certificates (F-VF 75), downgraded for the natural gum skips and wrinkles as the centering is better than 75

$2.00 1955 Hunting Permit (RW22). Mint N.H., brilliant color, mathematically perfect centering, Extremely Fine Gem, with 2012 P.S.E. certificate (Gem 100; SMQ $1,200.00), this is the highest grade awarded and only two others share it
