Census no. 423A-OG-06. With 1980 P.F. certificate as the old Scott No. 424a. The Scott Catalogue states in a footnote to this issue, "Value for unused is for a sound stamp with perfs touching or just cutting the design." (all but two in our census show the perfs touching)
