Columbia S.C., 10c Blue entire, Seal on Back (18XU12). Unusually clear strike on backflap, matching "Paid" in circle and "10" rate handstamp with "Columbia S.C. Jul. 15" (1861) circular datestamp on cover to member of 2nd Regt. S.C.
