Bright shade, perfect strike of blue Bull's Eye cancel, struck in a position that leaves Washington peeking out from the center, small thin spot at bottom right, still an Extremely Fine strike of this unusual cancel, another was offered in the Sotheby's auction of the Juhring collection, with 1998 P.F. certificate
