Unused (small traces of gum), perfectly centered, deep rich color, Extremely Fine Gem, a superb stamp, the centering of which could hardly be improved upon, with 2020 P.S.E. certificate (NG, Superb 98; unpriced in SMQ above the grade of 95), this is the only example of this issue with a Superb 98 grade in the P.S.E. Population Report in any gum condition, Scott value without gum
