16c America the Beautiful, 00c Yorkshire, Postal Card Essay (UX120E, UX122E). Each design printed on opposite side of 140 x 109mm card, each side with blue USPS copyright notice, fresh and Very Fine, possibly unique, the America the Beautiful design was issued as a 15c denomination, this 16c essay was prepared in anticipation of a possible rate increase, the Yorkshire essay with the "00" rate was prepared because of uncertainty as to what the international postal card rate would be
