Housed in a Liberty album, begins with 1847 Issue and strong thru the Grilled Issues, 1869 Pictorials complete, Banknotes, Columbians to $1.00 and $5.00, Trans-Mississippi to 50c and $2.00, Washington-Franklins solid with some better coils including joint line pairs, 1920s-1935 appearing mostly complete, Back-of-Book with Air Posts including Graf Zeppelins, Special Delivery, Offices in China and Parcel Post, some mixed condition but a surprising number of better quality and well-centered examples and Classics with original gum, some graded, 44 P.F. or P.S.E. certificates plus a few others accompany, Fine-Very Fine, careful inspection is strongly encouraged to see maximum potential of this strong collection balance

United States and Worldwide Collection. Estate offered as received, nearly all of the value in United States and includes complete Columbian and Trans-Mississippi issues unused (except $2.00 No. 242 used), virtually all original gum, a nice set of 1930 Graf Zeppelin (C13-C15), other better sprinkled throughout, in addition there is about $340.00 in face value with singles, blocks, plate blocks and part full panes, the foreign stamps consist of two old 1938 Scott International albums and on stock cards and in glassines, some better, also some Worldwide covers, condition varies, useful collection and accumulation that appears to have been discontinued in the mid-1960’s

1890-1922 Issues, Plate No. Collection (226/571). More than 50 items between the Small Bank Notes and Washington-Franklins with a few later, mostly plate no. singles but also a few strips and blocks, many Mint N.H., on individual stock cards and nearly all accompanied by a certificate, a number of better including Nos. 226, 255, 381, 418, 420, 422, a very few with faults but the vast majority sound and attractive, overall Fine-Very Fine with almost all the condition guesswork removed, a desirable group, Scott Retail more than $5,300.00 plus a substantial investment in certificates
