Strong color with wavy-line machine cancel, Fine, the less often seen shade of the two listed for this stamp and presumably scarcer as the unused catalog value is about 10% higher and there is no listed price for used, with 1989 P.F. certificate, Scott Retail for the listed "Red" shade

Scott catalogue notes that "Most line pairs of Scott 459 are creased." This is the first joint line strip of four we have offered since 2002 -- in any gum condition and with or without the usual crease. Scott Retail as joint line pair and two singles
