Officials, Cancellation Collection. Comprehensive cancellations study on stock pages in a binder, more than 920 stamps from virtually all Departments and all denominations, with particular strength in Executive, Interior, Justice, State (includes $2.00 value) and War, wonderful range of cancels including many better and rare, with socked-on-nose examples, kicking mules, stars, letters, numbers, Maltese crosses, geometrics, targets, many are colored, typical mixed condition with the cancels paramount rather than centering or soundness, overall a wonderful collection, owner's retail values on the pages in excess of $90,000.00, Scott Retail with no premium for the cancels approximately $34,000.00, but that includes hundreds of "cheap" stamps with greatly enhanced values for the cancels
