Binder housing individual black stock cards with unused and used stamps, the unused are Mint N.H., beginning with RW6 and then RW12-RW71 with duplication of a few, chosen for centering and freshness and nearly all Extremely Fine, 17 used stamps, several on licenses incl. RW1, also a smattering of state hunting permits incl. Indiana, Michigan No. 1 in full sheet, a fresh and outstanding collection, the higher catalogue value earliest stamps were removed and offered as individual lots in this sale, still the unused alone in this collection balance have Scott Retail value of more than $3,700.00
