Cover with red and blue Waving Flag Patriotic design and "Army and Navy Department of the International Committee, Young Men's Christian Association" imprint to McCune Kansas, with Japan, 1899, 10c Deep Blue (103), tied by clear strike of "Tientsin, I.J.P.O., 5 SEP 00" circular datestamp, San Francisco and receiving backstamps, stamp and cover with few faults, otherwise a Very Fine and very unusual use of a Spanish-American War design sent thru the Japanese post office in Tientsin, China during the Boxer Rebellion
