EXTREMELY FINE. A SCARCE WELL-CENTERED MINT NEVER-HINGED PLATE BLOCK OF THE SECOND FEDERAL DUCK ISSUE.

Designed by Frank Weston Benson, this issue shows Canvasback Ducks taking flight. These ducks are a diving species which are highly migratory in the United States.
