One-Cent Washington Franklin Issues, Specialized Collection. Over 200 items on stock cards, most are multiples so many more stamps are present, fascinating range of material including plate blocks, blocks, imperf and perforated coils, perforation freaks, color varieties, offsets, precancels, etc., the most interesting part however is the large array of private vending machine coils, range of companies represented in pairs, strips and a couple blocks, no doubt some flaws to be found but overall a Fine-Very Fine collection, worth review
