Vibrant color, red Glen Allen Star fancy precancel, small tear at upper right and few light creases, none of which are obvious on an album page, appears Very Fine, this precancel is much rarer in red than in black, particularly on the 2c Vermilion American Bank Note issue, of which we have encountered only two examples (the other example has more serious faults than this stamp), with 2007 P.F. certificate
