Barrow's Goldeneye, 1998 Hunting Permit, Original Artist Drawing (RW65). Original mixed-media drawing in colored pencil and pen, 255 x 195mm mounted and framed, signed by artist Robert Steiner and inscribed "1998 Federal Duck Stamp", absolutely beautiful and pristine, accompanied by the "Medallion Edition" print of the same design, signed and numbered 293 of 500, with two of the RW65 issued stamp below (one signed), the print was originally sold for $350, the drawing for 15-times that amount, Extremely Fine

Neatly mounted complete collection through 2008, largely hinged on the earlier issues with some Mint N.H., later issues Mint N.H., recent issues include the single stamp and the souvenir sheet, a few with plate no. selvage including RW1, overall Fine-Extremely Fine and very attractive collection, accompanied by owner's inventory pointing out gum condition and any flaws (which are very few)
