VERY FINE. THIS SPECIMEN FOR THE 2-CENT 1889 POSTAL REPLY CARD MAY WELL BE UNIQUE.

We have offered examples of other Postal Cards with "Specimen" overprints, most notably in our Sale 906, but this is the first Postal Reply card we have ever encountered. The accounting on back of this card suggests it may be unique.
