Imperforate at sides and at bottom, wavy-lines machine cancel, short perf at top, otherwise Very Fine, an extremely rare used example of this distinctive error, with 1995 A.P.S. certificate, Scott Catalogue lists but does not price this error in unused condition, they do not even have a dash for the used, Datz catalog notes "possibly unique"

The Scott Catalog states in a footnote that part and fully imperforate stamps of this issue are proofs from the ABNCo. archives. The catalog goes on to list several varieties in the proof section. This variety is not among those listed. The 2002 Datz catalog lists this as an error, not as printer's waste and calls it unique, though the listing photo appears to be a different example
