Horizontal block of six, vivid color, light purple double-circle datestamp cancels, bottom center stamp light vertical crease visible when drying, some perf separations including reinforced at left, Very Fine, an attractive and very rare used block, we have offered only two others since keeping computerized records and they were both blocks of four, Scott Retail as block of four and two singles
30c Justice (O33). Disturbed original gum, pretty pastel color, three extra wide margins, Fine, with 1985 P.F. certificate as "original gum"
90c Justice (O34). Disturbed original gum, bright color, Fine, with 1992 P.F. certificate as "original gum"

Block of 30, essentially all Mint N.H., just a couple with slight climatic gum disturbance or small gum skips, deep rich color, attractive centering and margins, pos. 7 small tear at top, pos. 21 small pencil mark on face, Fine-Very Fine, a scarce and choice large multiple of this issue, Scott Retail as Mint N.H. singles
1c Agriculture, Soft Paper (O94). Without gum as issued, bright color, faults including filled thin and slight ink staining at top, otherwise Fine, this issue nearly always comes with faults, sometimes severe, this is collectible example which is missing from many advanced collections
24c Interior, Soft Paper (O103). Disturbed original gum, three wide margins, small thin spots, otherwise Very Fine, a presentable example of this scarce stamp, ex Curtis, with 2000 P.F. certificate
90c Treasury, Soft Paper (O113). Disturbed original gum, rich color, attractive margins and centering, tiny blue ink mark at right, appears Fine, a scarce stamp few of which exist in sound original gum condition, this is a very presentable example, with 2009 P.S.E. certificate
90c Treasury, Soft Paper (O113). Unused (regummed) over small faults, rich color, Very Fine appearance, with 2017 P.F. certificate, Scott Retail as no gum

3c War, Soft Paper (O116). Mint N.H. bottom imprint and plate no. 32 block of 20, comprising the two bottom rows of the pane, unusually choice centering, bottom selvage trimmed at a slight angle but all marginal markings are complete, Very Fine, Scott Retail as plate block of 12 and eight singles
12c War, Soft Paper (O119). Mint N.H. block of 40, rich color, a number of stamps well-centered, a couple have slight offset on gum and the bottom row is largely separated, still Fine with some Very Fine, Scott Retail as Mint N.H. singles

12c Post Office, Specimen Ovpt. (O52S). Without gum as issued, detailed impression, well-proportioned margins, Very Fine, only 93 sold, with 2015 P.S.E. certificate
15c Post Office, Specimen Ovpt. (O53S). Without gum as issued, detailed impression, perfs scissors-separated but intact, Very Fine, only 82 sold, with 1990 and 2016 P.F. certificates

In March 1875 the Post Office Department initiated a program to make reproductions, reprints, re-issues and special printings of all past and present issues available for purchase at face value through the office of the Third Assistant Postmaster General in Washington, D.C. The official announcement stated in part "The official stamps cannot be used except for the official business of the particular Department for which provided... All of the specimens will be ungummed; and the official stamps will have printed across the face the word 'Specimen,' in small type."
