CANAL ZONE, 1904, 2c Rose, "Panama" 15mm Long (1 var). H.r., bright color, one "Panama" split horizontally, tiny thin spot, appears Very Fine, only 260 printed with "Panama" 15mm long, ex Drucker, with 1969 A.P.S. certificate
CANAL ZONE, 1904, 5c Blue, "Canal Zone" Inverted (2a). Part original gum, brilliant color, natural s.e. at bottom, Extremely Fine, only 100 were produced, some of which were used, with 1992 A.P.S. certificate
CANAL ZONE, 1904, 5c Blue, Colon Between Right "Panama" and Bar (2 var). Slightly tropicalized original gum, clear colon at right, fresh and Fine, a scarce stamp as only 156 were produced, with 1997 A.P.S. certificate
CANAL ZONE, 1904, 10c Yellow, "Canal Zone" Inverted (3a). Single h.r., radiant color, fresh and Very Fine, ex "Laila"
CANAL ZONE, 1904, 10c Yellow, Colon Between Right "Panama" and Bar (3 var). Clear colon at right, neat strike of "Canal Zone Empire Jul. 8 1904" circular datestamp, Very Fine, a scarce stamp as only 100 were produced, with 2003 P.S.E. certificate
CANAL ZONE, 1905, 2c Rose, "Panama" Ovpt. Inverted, Bar at Bottom (11b). Radiant color, Very Fine, only 200 were produced, with 1992 P.F. certificate
CANAL ZONE, 1904, 8c on 50c Bister Brown, "Canal Zone" Inverted and Right "Panama" 5mm below Bar (14b var, CZSG 14b.6). Position 15 with right "Panama" 5mm below bar ("Canal Zone" overprint Pos. 86), fresh color, Fine and an extremely rare variety, according to Canal Zone Stamps, the two error panes of 100 were sold in 1908 by their original owner who claimed to have purchased them at the Administration Building in Ancon, only two positions on the sheet show the 4mm below bar variety (Positions 15 and 20), so only four can exist of this variety, unlisted in Scott which prices the normal inverted ovpt. at $450.00
CANAL ZONE, 1904, 8c on 50c Bister Brown, 15mm "Panama" at Right Only (15 var). With part imprint selvage at right, tropicalized original gum, attractive margins and centeringVERY FINE. A RARE PART IMPRINT EXAMPLE OF THE 1904 8-CENT ON 50-CENT BISTER BROWN CANAL ZONE ISSUE FROM THE RIGHT COLUMN WITH SINGLE 15MM "PANAMA" READING UP.
Only 50 of this issue with "Panama" measuring 15mm were printed. This example from the right column with single "Panama" was the result of a shifted ovpt. and is presumably one of only 10 that can exist. The part imprint adds to its desirability.

CANAL ZONE, 1904, 8c on 50c Bister Brown (15). Original gum inexplicably described on accompanying certificate as part original gum, fresh colors, Very Fine, signed Robinette, with 1970 P.F. certificate
CANAL ZONE, 1906, 8c on 50c Bister Brown, "Panama" Reading Up and Down, "8 cts" Double (20d). Tropicalized original gum, wide margins, irregular perfs top right corner, otherwise Very Fine and rare, only the sixth column of one sheet produced a double surcharge, so no more than ten of this error can exist
CANAL ZONE, 1907, 1c Green & Black, Inverted Center, Ovpt. Reading Up (22g). Sheet margin at top, slightly tropicalized original gum, perfectly centered, deep rich colorsEXTREMELY FINE GEM. A SUPERB EXAMPLE OF THE 1907 ONE-CENT BALBOA WITH INVERTED CENTER AND OVERPRINT READING UP. ONLY 22 COPIES ARE KNOWN UNUSED.
According to Canal Zone Stamps, one pane of 100 was printed. It was sold in March 1909 to the Panama Railroad Co. and all but 22 copies were used before the error was discovered. Only about thirteen used copies were recovered after the error was noticed. The stamp offered here, with sheet margin at top, is especially desirable.

CANAL ZONE, 1906, 2c Red & Black, Ovpt. Reading Down, Vertical Pair, One Without Ovpt. (23b). Top stamp missing overprint, slightly tropicalized original gum, h.r., few sensibly reinforced perf separations but fully intact, intense colorsVERY FINE AND CHOICE. A STRIKING AND VERY RARE MISSING OVERPRINT VARIETY, OF WHICH ONLY TEN PAIRS WERE PRODUCED.
This distinctive error was caused when the top row of the sheet missed receiving the overprint. Only ten pairs were produced with the missing overprint error.

CANAL ZONE, 1911, 10c on 13c Gray, "10 cts" Inverted (36a). Tropicalized original gum, bright shade, Very Fine, it is believed than only one pane of 100 was issued (some of which are known used), ex "Laila", with 1972 A.P.S. certificate
CANAL ZONE, 1912, 2c Vermilion & Black, Ovpt. Reading Down, Inverted Center (39e). Slightly disturbed original gum, intense colors, choice centering with extra wide margins, light diagonal crease, appears Extremely Fine, it is surmised that 400 were printed including at least 168 of which were used for booklets
CANAL ZONE, 1920, 2c Orange Vermilion & Black (47). Pretty shade, single nibbed perf at top left, Very Fine appearing example of this scarce Mt. Hope overprint issue
CANAL ZONE, 1915, 5c Deep Blue & Black (48). Original gum, lightly hinged, deep rich colors, Very Fine, with 1978 P.F. certificate
CANAL ZONE, 1918, 2c Vermilion & Black, Horizontal Pair, Right Stamp Without Ovpt. (53b). With right selvage showing portion of registration markers, slightly tropicalized original gum, bright color, Fine and most attractive from these positions, this error was caused when one sheet was misfed into the printing press, and the right vertical row of ten did not receive the overprint, two additional copies are known caused by a foldover, with 1991 P.F. certificate

CANAL ZONE, 1926, 17c Black, Se-Tenant, "Zone" Only and "Zone Canal" (91a, 91c). Mint N.H. vertical pair with selvage at bottom, top stamp "Zone Canal" and bottom stamp "Zone" only, deep shade, Very Fine and particularly rare in Mint N.H. condition, Scott Retail as two hinged single errors
