Plate Bock Collection, 1923-70. Housed in a single thick Liberty album, original gum and we presume mostly Mint Never-Hinged, includes an incomplete plate block of No. 294 (with six Mint N.H. stamps), a couple of Washington-Franklin imperforates are present then starts in 1923 with No. 611 and goes through about 1959, Air Post to 1970, decent coverage of commemoratives with sparser definitives from the 1920's, includes Presidentials through the $5.00, overall Very Fine
