10c Executive (O14). Original gum, lightly hinged, deep shade, tiny natural carbon specks at bottom, Very Fine, with 1999 and 2021 P.F. certificates, only the latter mentioning the carbon specks
24c Interior (O22). Used block of four, vivid color, attractive margins and centering, lightly cancelled by purple Star in Circle fancy cancel and duplex 1879 datestamp, scissors-separated perfs at bottom but intact, fresh and Very Fine, an extremely rare used block of this issue, Power Search located only one other and it has faults and a smudged cancel, with 2017 P.F. certificate
90c Navy (O45). Original gum, rich color, well-centered, tiny perf hole repair at top left, appears Extremely Fine, with 2021 P.S.A.G. certificate
30c Treasury, Soft Paper (O112). Beautifully centered with wide margins, deep rich color, bold cancels, Extremely Fine, a very rare stamp in this exceptional used condition, since last offering this stamp in 2008 this is still the only sound and centered example we have encountered, it is probably the finest used example known, ex "Tahoe", with 2003 and 2008 P.S.E. certificates (XF 90; SMQ $850.00), no other used examples are graded by P.S.E. -- probably because there is no point in grading a faulty stamp -- we do not know the basis of the SMQ value, but the last two times we have offered this stamp it realized $1,600 and $2,700 hammer
1c-30c Agriculture, Specimen Ovpt. (O1S-O9S). Complete set, without gum as issued, bright colors, attractive margins and centering, 6c with couple light creases, fresh and Fine set, of the 3c to 30c values a range of 352 to 390 each were sold
1c-90c Interior, Specimen Ovpt. (O15S-O24S). Complete set, without gum as issued, a few small perf flaws but largely intact, some small faults, 1c, 2c and 90c each with deep thin that shows thru when on a black background (2c with small hole)FINE-VERY FINE APPEARANCE. A RARE COMPLETE SET OF THE INTERIOR DEPARTMENT SPECIAL PRINTING.
Of the 3c to 90c values, between 75 and 88 were sold, making the Interior Department set the second rarest of the 1c-90c Special Printings.
1c-90c Justice, Specimen Ovpt. (O25S-O34S). Complete set, without gum as issued, some perf flaws from scissors-separation, 12c and 15c with small thin, 90c with trivial small creaseFINE-VERY FINE APPEARANCE. A SCARCE COMPLETE SET OF THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT OFFICIALS SPECIAL PRINTING.

24c Justice, Specimen Ovpt. (O32S). Without gum as issued, deep color, Very Fine, only 150 issued, with 2004 P.F. certificate
1c-90c Navy, Specimen Ovpt. (O35S-O45S). Without gum as issued, scissors-separated perfs results in some straight edges or perf flaws, a couple values with small thinFINE-VERY FINE APPEARANCE. A RARE COMPLETE SET OF THE NAVY DEPARTMENT SPECIAL PRINTING.
Other than the 1c, 2c and 7c values, the Navy Department is very scarce, with sales of the 90c value limiting the possible number of sets to 102. Power Search lists only two other complete sets offered by our firm
7c Navy, Specimen Ovpt. (O39S). Without gum as issued, beautiful rich color on bright paper, Extremely Fine, only 501 sold

1c-90c Post Office, Specimen Ovpt. (O47S-O56S). Complete set, without gum as issued, some scissors-separated perfs causing perf flaws, 15c defective, 2c and 90c with tiny thin spotFINE APPEARANCE. A RARE COMPLETE SET OF THE POST OFFICE DEPARTMENT SPECIAL PRINTING.
Only 81 of the 30c Post Office Special Printing were sold, which gives the Post Office set third-place ranking in rarity among the 1c to 90c complete set Official Special Printings.
1c-90c State, Specimen Ovpt. (O57S-O67S). Complete set, without gum as issued, rich colors, a number are well-centered, a couple tiny flaws and 3c, 15c and 24c with one side of scissors-trimmed perfs, overall Fine-Very Fine set

Without gum as issued, margins to touched at left, a couple of letters in overprint slightly rubbed, P.F. certificate states reperfed at right and bottom, we agree that it is reperfed but differ on which sidesFINE CENTERING. AN AFFORDABLE AND ATTRACTIVE EXAMPLE OF THE $2.00 STATE DEPARTMENT SPECIAL PRINTING. ONLY 32 WERE SOLD.
Of the 32 sold, Markovits estimated that approximately 20 are known (Bennett sale). Ex Golden. With 2015 P.F. certificate. Scott value $19,000.00
1c-90c Treasury, Specimen Ovpt. (O72S-O82S). Without gum as issued, rich colors, scissors-separated perfs cause a few minor perf flaws and straight edge on 7c valueFINE-VERY FINE APPEARANCE. A RARELY OFFERED COMPLETE SET OF THE TREASURY DEPARTMENT SPECIAL PRINTING. THIS IS THE RAREST SET OF THE "CENTS" VALUES AMONG THE DEPARTMENTAL SPECIAL PRINTINGS.
Only 72 of the 90c were sold, and 74 to 99 of the other values (excluding the 1c, 2c and 7c) were sold, making the Treasury Department Special Printing the rarest of the 1c to 90c sets.

Other than the 1c, 2c and 7c values, between 104 and 119 copies of the War Department Special Printings were sold (the 30c has the smallest sale quantity). It ranks fifth in rarity, just after the Navy Department set.
