New York Foreign Mail Cancels. 111 singles and 5 pairs between Scott Nos. 68 and 179, each on an individual stock card with write-up and tracing, including Scott number, cancel designation (usually Weiss but Skinner-Eno for the earlier cancels), condition and certification (if any), vast majority are from the Large Bank Note period but there are some earlier including a No. 68 with Union Soldier Head cancel, when Scott number and cancel type are taken into consideration there are few, if any, duplicates, mixed condition with some flaws to be expected but chosen for completeness of strikes, so cancels are nearly all clear and strong, many ex Kirke (and so designated in the write ups)
