1c Carmine Rose, Pair, One Without "1 Cent" (J89b). It is impossible to determine the Scott No. for 1959 Issue Postage Due singles or multiples without denomination unless they are in a pair with a normal stamp, as the same plates were used to print the various denominations. For this reason, Scott lists the "denomination omitted" error under the 1c (J89a), as it is the first value known with the error. The others are listed as part of a pair with a normal stamp.
Scott Retail as 20 pairs of J89b
