10c Ultramarine, Registration (F1). Radiant color on crisp paper, essentially perfect entering with wide margins, blue cancel, Extremely Fine, with 2011 P.F. and 2009 P.S.E. certificates (Superb 98; SMQ $375.00), only three examples have achieved this grade and only two have graded higher (at 98J)
