1864, 2c Rose Vermilion, Plate Proof on India (31P3). Right sheet margin horizontal pair, large margins, radiant color, Very Fine and choice, Scott value as singles
1871, 6c Yellow Green (33). Tied by three-ring segmented target cancel on small piece and used with United States 5c Blue (179), tied by crossroads handstamp which also ties it to 6c stamp, Very Fine and attractive combination, with 1981 P.F. certificate
1871, 6c Bluish Green (33a). Tied by 3-ring target with 3-hole punch, "Honolulu H.I. Aug. 4" (1879) backstamp on cover to Liverpool, England, used with United States 5c Blue (179), straight edge at left, tied by crossroads and "San Francisco Cal. Aug. 14" circular datestamp, receiving backstamp, Very Fine, with 2009 P.F. certificate
1886, 2c Orange Vermilion, Reproduction, Plate Proof on India (50P3). Horizontal pair and two singles, large margins, one darker shade and mounted on card, Very Fine group, Scott value as singles
1889, 2c Carmine, Reprint, Large Die Proof on India (51P1). Essentially stamp size with die no. C-216 at left, mounted on 46 x 45mm India, bright color, some wrinkling at top, Very Fine, every example of this proof we have offered has been in this hybrid format
1889, 2c Carmine, Reprint (51). Mint N.H. complete sheet of 15, brilliant color, small spot on gum at top not affecting any stamps and not noted on certificate, Very Fine, with 2004 A.P.S. certificate, Scott value as singles
1893, 1c Purple, Red Ovpt., "189" Instead of "1893" (53a). Single error in block of 21 from bottom left corner of the sheet with full Hawaiian language imprint selvage at left, the error the bottom right stamp, bottom row folded up and covering the second to bottom row, tropicalized original gum mostly adhering to interleaving, h.r., few flaws, Fine appearing and rare example of this error contained within a large imprint multiple, Postmaster General's seal with manuscript "Genuine Jos. M. Oat P.M. Gen'l" affixed to selvage at left, ex Golden, Scott value for just the single error $600

Horizontal pair, both show the variety, each with star punch cancel, original gum, Very Fine, this is only known from one position so this pair is likely not genuine even though its physical characteristics look pretty good to us, offered on its own merits and not subject to return

1893, 5c Ultramarine, Category III Double Red Ovpt. (59f). Showing faint second overprint above the first, slightly disturbed original gum, h.r., bright color, Very Fine, this is not known as unused as a Category III double overprint and is unpriced in Scott

Unused (no gum), light but clear second overprint, a Fine and rare example of this double overprint, the Golden sale contained an example with "counterfeit" stamped on back and a star punch cancel, this is the first genuine example we have offered since keeping computerized records
