VERY FINE APPEARING USED EXAMPLE OF THE 1863 2-CENT DARK BLUE ON BLUISH PAPER NUMERAL ISSUE, WITH A CIRCULAR DATESTAMP CANCEL.

The 2c Dark Blue on Bluish paper (Scott 17) was printed after Scott 18 and before Scott 20. It is one of the rarest of all Numeral Issues in either unused or used condition, and almost all known examples have small faults.

VERY FINE APPEARANCE. A RARE TRIO OF STAMPS SHOWING THE PROGRESSION OF THE "HA" VARIETY.
