$1.00-$15.00 1938-2013 Hunting Permits, Remarqued (RW5/RW80). 31 Federal stamps with selvage plus two state issues, approximately 18 stamps (between RW5 and RW46) are done as tributes by Ken Michaelson (designer of RW46) and signed by him -- including his own RW46 issue, most of the others are done by the designer with initials or signature, including RW18, RW36 and RW38 remarqued and signed by the prolific designer Maynard Reece, and RW31 by designer Stanley Stearns, many quite colorful and intricate, the two state issues are South Dakota 1993 and Iowa 1999, perhaps a few faults to be found but of little consequence on items such as theseVERY FINE. A COLORFUL AND RARE ASSEMBLAGE OF FEDERAL HUNTING PERMITS WHICH HAVE BEAUTIFULLY REMARQUED DESIGNS.
