FINE APPEARANCE. A RARE USED EXAMPLE OF THE 30-CENT RE-ISSUE OF THE 1861-66 ISSUE. OUR CENSUS RECORDS ONLY SEVENTEEN ARE RECORDED IN OUR CENSUS.

Our census of used Scott 110 contains only seventeen examples, plus one with non-contemporary cancel. Of these, ten have faults. Most of the faulty examples have serious defects, such as repaired tears or thin spots. Very few copies, either sound or defective, have decent centering.
