Nearly complete unused collection, hard paper issues missing only 2c Justice, 90c and $5.00-$20.00 State, includes $2.00 State, 12c Post Office used, soft paper issues including 1c-15c Interior, 3c-10c Treasury and complete War, a large number with either no gum or regummed, the original gum where found is generally disturbed, mixed condition with faults to be expected though certainly many are sound, overall Fine appearance, not often found nearly complete and unused, seven certificates accompany, Scott Retail as mix of original gum and no gum approaching $20,000.00
