Back-of-Book Accumulation. Small box with mostly Postage Dues, range of issues including earlier with lots of duplication and loads of blocks, we note some better items such as J20 block of four, also some Officials, plenty of Parcel Post including multiples, Savings Stamps, this was once part of a high-catalogue Back-of-Book balance from the Weill Brothers stock, although the valuable stamps have been removed there is still material here worthy of review, our estimate is a fraction of the retail value and is designed to move it along
