Large margins to full, brilliant color, neat Feb. 1, 1864 manuscript cancel, just a hint of a paper wrinkle or small crease at top when drying (not mentioned on accompanying certificate)VERY FINE APPEARING FOUR-MARGIN EXAMPLE OF THE $1.30 FOREIGN EXCHANGE IMPERFORATE FIRST ISSUE REVENUE.
Only 3,878 were issued imperforate (44 sheets with 82 stamps returned for perforating). No multiples are known for this issue.

$3.00 Manifest, Imperforate (R86a). Large even margins with portion of adjoining stamp at upper left, deep rich color, manuscript cancel, Extremely Fine Gem
$3.50 Inland Exchange, Imperforate (R87a). Large margins to ample at top left, deep rich color, unobtrusive manuscript cancel, completely soundEXTREMELY FINE. AN EXCEEDINGLY RARE SOUND, FOUR-MARGIN EXAMPLE OF THE $3.50 INLAND EXCHANGE IMPERFORATE. ONE OF THE MOST DIFFICULT FIRST ISSUE REVENUE STAMPS TO OBTAIN IN SUCH CHOICE CONDITION.
Only 1,430 were issued imperforate. A review using Power Search found only two or three others in sound and well-centered condition comparable to this example.
