Unusually choice centering with balanced margins, brilliant color, face-free corner strike of circular datestamp, Extremely Fine, a choice and rare used example of this issue, with 2001 P.F. and 2006 P.S.E. certificates (XF 90; SMQ $700.00), this is the highest grade awarded by P.S.E. to a used Scott 461, with only one other equal, we feel the SMQ value for this grade is very conservative (a P.F. graded XF 90 realized $1,400 hammer in Siegel Sale 1174)
