Circa 1912, printed on 144 x 94mm card, blue Bureau die no. 533439 on backVERY FINE. AN EXCEEDINGLY RARE PROOF IMPRESSION OF THE 24-CENT BOOKLET COVER. A WONDERFUL EXHIBITION ITEM.

Complete booklet of four panes of six of No. 406a, cover with faint crease at top left and along staple holes, otherwise Very Fine, a very rare booklet with the words "MUST BE PREPAID WITH PARCEL POST STAMPS" added to the inside of the front cover, this variety was discovered in 1956 and we have offered only one other since keeping computerized records
