VERY FINE AND CHOICE EXAMPLE OF THE ONE-DOLLAR TREASURY SAVINGS STAMP. especially desirable this well-centered and with a plate number.

There are no known plate blocks of this issue. Because of this, the Scott Catalogue assigns a large premium ($5,000 vs. $3,750) for a plate number single.
