Mint N.H. top left plate no. 168629 block of six, fresh colors, Very Fine, beginning in 1958 duck stamps were printed by rotary press and plate blocks were collected as corner blocks of four, this issue had the plate number mistakenly entered above the second stamp from the top left, collectors assumed a plate block of four was still the correct format and many sheets were broken in this manner before the realization that the correct format for this issue is a block of six
$3.00 1964 Hunting Permit (RW31). Mint N.H. bottom left corner plate no. 168629 block of six, rich colors, Very Fine and choice, the plate number for RW31 was put into the wrong place, resulting in many plate block collectors buying this as a block of four, as opposed to the correct block of six format
$7.50 1984 Hunting Permit (RW51). Two Mint N.H. gutter pairs, first is vertical gutter pair with left selvage, other horizontal pair with gutter, each with pencil notation on back indicating sheet of origin and "Special Comm. Issue" backstamps, Very Fine and choice, according to Scott Catalogue, after RW51 became void, 15 uncut sheets of 120 (four panes of 30 separated by gutters) were overprinted with "50th Anniversary 1934-1984" and auctioned by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, fourteen were sold, and one was donated to the Smithsonian. Perhaps 2-3 sheets remain intact, each with certificate

Comprehensive collection on homemade Scott album pages, including RW1 on form 3333, complete from RW3-RW89A, few earlier lightly hinged, few graded such as RW10 and RW12 XF 90 and RW16 and RW26 XF-Sup 95, few varieties such as RW57a, also RW57 with printing on back directly on stamp (2011 A.P.S. certificate as RW57b), few have second copies with remarque (RW62 and RW66) or signed by artist, some souvenir sheets of one signed by artist and one lacking signature (RW77c and RW78c), overall fresh and Very Fine-Extremely Fine, an excellent collection with some nice depth

This is missing only RW31 to be complete for the period covered. Scott value counting the blocks of ten as two sets of plate blocks and two singles.
