One or two panes of 100 were issued. According to Gary Griffith, a pane was found in Stamford Conn. and was broken up by Philip Ward after numbering each stamp in pencil. A Power Search review turned up more than 20 pairs offered in our auctions since 1993, but this is the only pair we have offered in Mint N.H. condition.

10c Orange (562). Mint N.H. right plate no. 16389 block of six, vibrant color, phenomenal centering throughout, top left stamp small natural perf disc indent, Extremely Fine
10c Orange, Imperforate Pair (562b). Horizontal pair, unused (no gum as are all known examples), beautifully balanced margins, vibrant color, Very Fine, a desirable and scarce pair of this variety, according to United States Stamps 1922-26 by Gary Griffith, noted dealer Philip Ward purchased a pane in 1925 in Oklahoma which had large areas marked for destruction with a blue crayon, examples such as the pair offered here not defaced by the blue crayon are scarce, with 1992 P.F. certificate
12c Brown Violet (564). Mint N.H., mathematically perfect centering with wide margins, rich color on post-office fresh paper, Extremely Fine Gem, a superb stamp in every respect, with 2014 P.S.E. certificate (Gem 100; SMQ $600.00), out of 265 graded Mint N.H. examples of this stamp, only six have achieved a Gem 100 grade (four at 100 and two at 100J)
20c Carmine Rose (567). Mint N.H., wide margins and mathematically perfect centering, vibrant color and detailed impression, Extremely Fine Gem, ex Merlin, with 2008 P.S.E. certificate (Gem 100; SMQ $1,750.00), only one grades higher and five others share this grade
