The 1861-66 Issue printed on onion skin or "Goldbeater's" paper, collection of 21 items, values incl. 2c, 3c, 12c, 24c, 30c and 90c, mostly multiples with some duplication, incl. fifteen 2c with pairs and strip of three, 3c bottom imprint block of four perforated and a normal block of eight, 12c bottom imprint and plate no. 16 strip of three, 24c block of four with part bottom imprint and plate no. 6 and a block of eight, 30c pair, 90c strip of three and block of four, some of the unavoidable design "flaking" and creases as typically seen on these fragile essays, generally Fine-Very Fine for these, also incl. 24c Gray No. 78 sensitive ink plate essay with green original gum as seen on the 2c (light crease)
