1927-1936 2c-3c Commemoratives, "Specimen" Ovpts. (644S-645S, 657S, 680S, 688S-689S, 773S-774S, 776S-777S). 10 total including some of the better commemoratives from the period, unused (no gum), few minor faults, Fine-Very Fine and desirable group from the postal archives of Bechuanaland, these emerged in a Siegel sale in 1978 and most then reposed in the inventory of the late Irwin Weinberg until it was sold by Siegel in 2016, five with 1977 B.P.A. certificates
