Richard Friedberg records three unused, all of which originate from the Smithsonian National Postal Museum deaccession in 2005, plus two used copies from non-archival sources. The example offered here is one of the three in unused condition.

This pair comes from a block of ten in which the lefthand column of five has the "DOLLLAR" error and the righthand column of five is missing the denomination.
