According to Johl (Vol. 1, page 153), this coil was issued approximately eighteen months after the horizontal coil Scott 354 and was only in use for a short period of time. Our census of used guide line pairs records only eight, plus one contained in a strip of four. Five or six were used in Benton Harbor Mich., the home town of Alvin Filstrup.

5c Blue, Bluish (361). Reperfed at right and bottom, certificate states bottom left perf reattached (it has since fallen off), Fine appearance, with 2012 P.S.A.G. certificate, Scott Retail $5,750.00
6c Red Orange, Bluish (362). Well-centered, attractive color, fresh and Very Fine, with 1988 P.F. certificate
6c Red Orange, 15c Pale Ultramarine, Bluish (362, 366). Both on deeply blued paper, small thin spots and 6c a trifle oxidized, otherwise Fine
8c Olive Green, Bluish (363). Small h.r., rich colorFINE EXAMPLE OF THE RARE 8-CENT ON BLUISH PAPER.
The June 1910 Third Assistant Postmaster General’s report states that 4,000 (ten sheets) of the 8c were printed on Bluish Paper. It is believed that none of the 4c and 8c Bluish Paper stamps were distributed to post offices, and that all of the examples in collectors’ hands reached the market through the Travers-Steinmetz exchange and the 1914 National Museum trades to H. F. Colman (12 copies) and Nassau Stamp Company (65 copies).

2c Lincoln (367). Mint N.H., mathematically perfect centering with wide margins, brilliant color on bright white paper, Extremely Fine Gem, a superb stamp, with 2012 P.S.E. certificate (Gem 100; SMQ $1,000.00), the highest grade awarded and shared by only only four others
2c Hudson-Fulton (372). Mint N.H., brilliant color, near mathematically perfect centering with Jumbo margins, Extremely Fine Gem, with 2006 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98 Jumbo; SMQ $625.00), only two stamps grade higher
2c Carmine, Coil (386). Mint N.H. pair, wide margins, bright color on crisp paper, Extremely Fine, ex "Golden Oak", with copy of 1991 P.F. certificate for strip of four
