15c Pale Ultramarine, Bluish (366). Tiny hinge sliver in top right corner, otherwise pristine gum, bright color, fresh and Very Fine, with 2007 P.S.E. certificate (Ogh, VF 80; SMQ $1,150.00), while P.S.E.'s "OGh" call may be technically accurate with the presence of the miniscule hinge sliver, this could easily be removed leaving about as lightly hinged a stamp as you can find
