With 2015 P.S.E. certificate (Gem 100; SMQ $10,500.00). Only two other Mint N.H. pairs of Scott 446 have been awarded the Gem 100 grade (both of the others are 100 Jumbo).

1c Green, Coil (452). Pair, perfect centering, bright shade, neat "Buy U.S. Savings Bonds" slogan machine cancel, Extremely Fine Gem, a superb used pair, with 2005 P.S.E. certificate (XF-Superb 95; SMQ $575.00), this is one of only four pairs to achieve this grade with one higher (at 95J)
1c Green, Coil (452). Pair, choice centering with extra wide margins, duplex cancels, Extremely Fine Gem, with 2018 P.S.E. certificate (XF 90 Jumbo; SMQ $250.00 as 90, $575.00 as 95), this is the only Jumbo in the P.S.E. Population Report among used pairs and only three pairs grade higher (all at 95)

Mint N.H. joint line pair, rich color, detailed impression, intact perfs at sides, Extremely Fine, ex Killien, "Golden Oak" and "Clipper City", with 1979 P.F. and 2006 P.S.E. certificates (XF 90; SMQ $1,750.00), this is the highest grade awarded to a Mint N.H. line pair of this issue
