1c-10c 1895 Watermarked Bureau Issue (265-265, 267-273). Blocks of four, original gum, Nos. 264 and 271 Mint N.H., few others Mint N.H., bright colors, Fine-Very Fine
1c-8c 1895-98 Watermarked Bureau Issue (264, 266-267, 269, 270 two, 272). Imprint and plate no. blocks of six, original gum, several stamps Mint N.H., rich colors, 269 and one 270 small thin spots, Fine-Very Fine and desirable group of plate blocks
2c Carmine, Ty. II-III (266-267). Mint N.H. block of four, left stamps Type II, radiant color, Fine combination block, of the six plates used to print the Type II stamp (Scott 266), only one, plate 170, contained a combination of both Types II and III -- only three rows from one pane were Type II, leaving a total of ten positions out of the plate that can yield this combination of types, Scott Retail as two pairs
2c Carmine, Ty. III, Imperforate (267a). Block of four, original gum, lightly hinged, large margins, few natural gum bends, Very Fine
10c Dark Green, Imperforate (273a). Block of four, unused (no gum), large margins to full, rich color, Very Fine, Scott Retail as with original gum
15c Dark Blue (274). Top imprint and plate no. 52 block of six, original gum, h.r. at center, rich color, top left stamp deep thin spot, diagonal crease in top right selvage, Very Fine appearance, a scarce plate block, the 15c was printed from two plates--numbers 52 and 264--the latter has a different style of imprint
50c Orange (275). Block of four, original gum, bottom stamps barely hinged, vibrant color, Very Fine and attractive block
50c Orange (275). Wide top imprint and plate no. 75 block of six, original gum, lightly hinged, vibrant colorFINE. A BEAUTIFUL AND SCARCE WIDE TOP PLATE BLOCK OF SIX OF THE 50-CENT 1895 BUREAU ISSUE.

$2.00 Dark Blue (277a). Rich color on bright paper, well-balanced margins, unobtrusive strike of New York registry oval cancel, reperfed at left (not noted on certificate), looks Extremely Fine, with 2000 P.F. certificate
$5.00 Dark Green (278). Original gum, large thin, rich color, balanced margins, some gum soaked perfs, appears Very Fine
$5.00 Dark Green (278). Bright shade, light strikes of registry oval cancel, fresh and Very Fine, with 1999 P.F. certificate

Only 100 were printed, and most have been separated into pairs. This is the second block we have offered outside of a complete set since at least 1992.

1c-5c 1898 Issue (279-281). Imprint and plate no. blocks of six of the four denominations, original gum, few h.r., 5c slightly disturbed, rich colors, 4c few minor perf separations, Fine-Very Fine group of plate blocks
