1918-20 Offset Issue, Hand-Entered Marginal Markings. Thirteen items, two singles, others blocks of four or larger, Nos. 527, 528 and 528B, incl. letters "A" and "B", "OAM" monogram, "TOP", "WB" (with and without periods), "JT", "CHK", scratched out monogram and an oval with lines referred to as a "target", slight duplication, some Mint N.H., nearly all Fine-Very Fine, it took the owner many years to assemble this collection of rare and seldom-seen markings, which as far as we know are strictly confined to the Offset Issue, a fabulous opportunity for the specialist in this interesting issue, with some accompanying information from past BIA articles, Scott Retail for stamps only
