THIS MAGNIFICENT STAMP HAS BEEN AWARDED THE GRADE OF SUPERB 98 JUMBO BY P.S.E. -- THIS IS THE HIGHEST GRADE AWARDED TO DATE, AND THIS IS THE ONLY EXAMPLE TO ACHIEVE THIS DESIRABLE GRADE.
With 2005 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98 Jumbo; unpriced in SMQ, SMQ $2,650.00 as 98). Only one other has graded even close to the stamp offered here, at 98.

Mint N.H., brilliant color on post-office fresh paper, detailed impression, perfectly centered with unusually wide and balanced margins for this difficult issueEXTREMELY FINE GEM. THIS MAY WELL BE THE FINEST EXAMPLE OF THE 1923 2-CENT CARMINE PERF 11 ROTARY WASTE ISSUE IN EXISTENCE. THIS STAMP HAS BEEN AWARDED THE GRADE OF SUPERB 98 BY P.S.E., WHICH IS THE HIGHEST GRADE AWARDED TO DATE. THIS STAMP STANDS ALONE AT THE PEAK OF THE GRADING CHART.
With 2002 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98; SMQ $7,550.00). As another indication of its condition rarity, only three have graded 95, which is the next-highest grade awarded to date.

THIS MAGNIFICENT PAIR HAS BEEN AWARDED THE GRADE OF SUPERB 98 BY P.S.E., WHICH IS THE HIGHEST GRADE AWARDED TO DATE.
With 1984 P.F. and 2007 P.S.E. certificates (Superb 98; SMQ $3,100.00). This is the highest grade awarded to date, and only one other has achieved this exalted grade

With 2007 P.S.E. certificate (Gem 100; unpriced in SMQ above the grade of 98, SMQ $2,100.00 as 98). Only one other has achieved this perfect grade.
5c Kosciuszko, Imperforate Vertically (734a). The unique bottom plate no. 21174 block of eight, rich color, wide margins, left stamps defective where torn and expertly restoredVERY FINE APPEARANCE. THIS IS THE ONLY RECORDED PLATE BLOCK OF THE 5-CENT KOSCIUSZKO WITHOUT VERTICAL PERFORATIONS. ONE OF THE MOST DESIRABLE ERROR MULTIPLES OF THE FARLEY ADMINISTRATION.
Datz states that one or two sheets are known, but this is the only plate block recorded. The Scott Catalogue price is based on the example offered here, in the only condition in which it exists.
