Incredibly wide and perfectly balanced margins, bright color with a striking purple 5-point Star within Star cancel, Extremely Fine Gem, a truly rare stamp to find in gem used condition, with 2008 P.S.E. certificate as a "blue" star which it is not (Superb 98; SMQ $610.00 as ordinary cancel), this is the highest graded example and the only 98 in the P.S.E. Population Report
