Block of four, original gum, h.r., few toned spots on back show thru, top left stamp repaired at top left, otherwise Fine, a rare block, the 1c 1880 Re-Issues (Scott 133 and 133a) exist in large multiples, however the 1875 Re-Issue (Scott 123) is rare in block form, we have offered perhaps a half dozen since keeping computerized records, Scott Retail $5,500.00

The 6c is one of the rarest of the 1869 Pictorial Re-Issues in used condition. SMQ estimates that approximately 30 exist, and our own informal count concurs. Most are either off-center or have flaws.

30c Blue & Carmine, Re-Issue (131). Wide margins all around, light strike of quartered cork cancel, small thin spot, Very Fine appearance, SMQ estimates that approximately 40 examples of the 30c 1875 Re-Issue are known used, with 1986 P.F. certificate
90c Carmine & Black, Re-Issue (132). Disturbed original gum, near mathematically perfect centering with extraordinarily wide margins, some slight perf toning or gum soaking, single pulled perf at top left, from a centering and margins perspective this is an Extremely Fine Gem, overall attractive appearance, with 1978 P.F. certificate stating "o.g., genuine with slight soiling"
90c Carmine & Black, Re-Issue (132). Unused (no gum), rich colors, choice centering with wide margins, slight dry print in bottom of frame, Extremely Fine Gem, a stamp with great visual appeal, with 1996 P.F. certificate
