1c-15c Bluish (357-359, 362, 364, 366, 369). Last is Mint N.H., few others h.r., nicely blued paper, 10c with narrow bottom selvage, the higher values are Fine, 1c and 2c Very Fine
1c Green, Bluish (357). Mint N.H., very well centered, rich color, Extremely Fine, with 1999 P.F. and 2009 P.S.E. certificates (XF 90; SMQ $375.00)
2c Carmine, Bluish (358). Mint N.H., excellent centering, radiant color, Extremely Fine, with 1986 and 2007 P.F. certificates (XF 90)
3c Deep Violet, Bluish (359). Lightly hinged, rich color on nicely blued paper, fresh and Very Fine, with 1988 and 2017 P.S.E. certificates

The June 1910 Third Assistant Postmaster General’s report states that 4,400 (eleven sheets) of the 4c were printed on Bluish Paper. It is believed that none of the 4c and 8c Bluish Paper stamps were distributed to post offices, and that all of the examples in collectors’ hands reached the market through the Travers-Steinmetz exchange and the 1914 National Museum trades to H. F. Colman (12 copies) and Nassau Stamp Company (65 copies).

2c Lincoln (367). Mint N.H., rich color, gorgeous centering with wide margins, Extremely Fine Gem, with 2008 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98; SMQ $350.00), only five have graded higher
2c Lincoln, Bluish (369). Mint N.H. left imprint, plate no. 4979 and small solid star block of six with plate printer's initials, rich color on deeply blued paper, fresh and Fine, we have offered only a half-dozen Mint N.H. plate blocks since 2009, with 1982 P.F. certificate
2c Lincoln, Bluish (369). Mint N.H. block of four with top imprint selvage, hinged in selvage only, rich color, top left stamp natural inclusion as often seen with bluish paper stamps, Fine-Very Fine, ex Weinberg stock, Scott Retail as singles without premium for the imprint
